Welcome to my digital portfolio. I am currently an Assistant Professor of English at J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College (JSRCC) in Richmond, Virginia and PhD student at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia.
This digital portfolio is a reflection of my experiences as an educator who has grown from a more conventional or traditional view of composing and toward a multimodal view. The portfolio also reflects my current research in multimodal composing, visual and digital rhetoric, and visual and digital literacy. An additional area of interest for me is the development of writing intensive programs (WAC and WID) with respect to evolving literacies in the twenty-first century.
